The Feature Pools Story
Founded in 1983 by Garry Aitken and Colin Hawkins, Feature Pools began as a boutique builder dedicated to quality and service. Garry’s passion for client care quickly set us apart, with much of our early success built on word-of-mouth recommendations.
Today, the business is proudly led by Garry’s son, Ryan Aitken, who carries forward the same values of integrity, respect, and craftsmanship. Based on the Mornington Peninsula, we now serve clients across inner Melbourne, the eastern suburbs, and the Peninsula, while staying true to our family-driven foundation.

We engaged Feature Pools to install an irregular shaped partially above ground pool (around 1.2 metres above) to integrate with our existing raised decking at the back of our home. Pricing was on the mark and final amount invoiced did not change (except for a couple of additional features we requested along the way).
Communication was excellent and the guys were always on hand if we needed an update or needed help with anything.
