About Us
Established over 40 years ago, Feature Pools has evolved its service offerings to encompass pool design and construction, maintenance and servicing, pool covers, heating solutions, and pool automation.
However, at its core, we remain dedicated to client satisfaction and fostering genuine connections. In 1983, Garry Aitken and business partner Colin Hawkins founded Feature Pools, drawing upon their backgrounds in sales and construction. Their commitment to exceptional client relations and superior craftsmanship quickly propelled us to local success. Garry Aitken's passion for client care set the foundation for Feature Pools' reputation as a trustworthy and loyal business.
Through his personable approach and dedication to customer satisfaction, Garry cultivated lasting relationships within the industry, driving Feature Pools' growth through word-of-mouth referrals.
Following Garry's footsteps, sons Ryan and Heath joined Feature Pools, inheriting their father's values of integrity and respect for clients. Today, they remain actively involved in every project, upholding their father's legacy of exceptional service and craftsmanship.
Though Gary’s retirement was prompted by health concerns, his legacy lives on in every aspect of Feature Pools’ operations.
